Yoga Classes

Mondays – 9:30 am, Thursdays 5:00 pm

This is a multi-level yoga class to get your body going. It will awaken your body, mind and spirit. Asanas will be taught in a flow manner to get the blood circulating followed by mat work and meditation.

Yoga for Rejuvenation

Tuesdays – 8:00 am

This one hour and 15 minute Yoga class follows the five Indian elements to create a well-rounded rejuvenating experience: Warm up and Energize with FIRE, Strengthen and Stretch with EARTH, Flow and Flex like WATER, Breath in the healing AIR and relax to a guided Meditation creating SPACE. This class is appropriate for all levels and is great for the beginner.

Yoga on the Ball

Thursdays – 8:00 am

The stability ball is a wonderful tool to compliment Yoga. It can be used to assist you into many postures. The ball is a great way to strengthen your core and improve balance and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Zumba

Mondays & Thursdays – 7:00pm, Tuesdays – 5:00pm, Wednesdays – 9:30am, Fridays – 8:00am & Saturdays – 9:00am

Get ready for the party!! This Latin-inspired dance fitness class will get you burning calories, toning and strengthening all while having a blast dancing! Learn Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Raggaeton. Appropriate for all levels.

Zumba Gold

Mondays/Wednesdays 8:00 am – 9:00 am

This zumba class is tailored more for the older adult or someone with limitations. The same fun music and latin moves but to a little slower pace with no impact. Dance your way to being fit!

Pilates

Wednesdays – 5:00pm & Fridays – 9:30am

This 50 minute class is designed to develop core strength. Class starts with a warm-up focusing on toning the upper body, followed by mat work addressing core muscles, legs and hips, and ending with a final cool down and stretch. Appropriate for all levels.

Flow Yoga

Mondays & Wednesdays – 6:00pm, Saturdays – 8:00am

Flow class suitable for all levels. Come to calm, de-stress and peace yourself out. We do this by first quieting the mind and then slowly warming up the body and then move into our flow. Come and experience how mental calmness and sweat can detoxify the mind and body as you gain more strength. It will get you centered, sweating and enjoying sun salutations with a groove. Enjoy the journey!

Chair Yoga

Fridays – 10:30am

Use a chair to enhance your yoga postures. This class consists mostly of standing and seated postures; suggestions are given for all levels of flexibility and agility. Using the chair helps you go deeper into many stretches – you might be surprised!
